New appliances come in a box and a long list of connections. Water lines, drains, power cords, gas fittings and anti-tip brackets all have to be done right, or the appliance leaks, cooks unevenly or becomes a safety issue.
We install dishwashers, over-the-range microwaves, ranges, refrigerators with water lines, washers and dryers, and haul away the old unit. Gas connections and new electrical circuits are handled by qualified trades, and we coordinate so the install goes smoothly.
We check the opening, door swing and clearances before the new unit goes in, then level it on its feet so doors close and drains work as designed.
Dishwasher supply and drain lines, ice maker lines and vent hookups are made with new fittings and tested for leaks. Ranges get anti-tip brackets installed.
We disconnect and haul away the old appliance, so you do not have to find a way to move it.
Measure the opening, door swing and path to the kitchen before delivery. A few minutes of measuring prevents a day of surprises. Also check stair turns, tight hallways and any steps outside, because appliances are bigger than they look in the showroom, and the delivery crew will ask whether the path is clear before they start.
