New light fixtures, chandeliers, vanity lights and ceiling fans installed securely with the right support.
New lighting changes how a room feels. A modern fixture over the table, a fan in the bedroom, vanity lights that actually light your face. What matters is a safe, secure install: heavy fixtures and fans need proper support, not just a screw in drywall.
We replace existing fixtures, install new fixtures where wiring is already in place, hang chandeliers and install ceiling fans with fan-rated boxes and braces. For new wiring or panel work, we coordinate with a qualified electrician, and we always shut off the circuit before we touch a wire.
A ceiling fan moves and vibrates, so its box must be fan-rated and anchored to framing. We install braces when the old box will not do, so the fan runs smooth and stays up.
We help with fixture height, size and light level. A chandelier over a table hangs lower than one in a hall. A dimmer or smart switch can make the light fit the moment.
We turn off and verify power, use proper connectors and make clean connections. If the wiring we find is unsafe or outside minor work, we stop and recommend a qualified electrician.
A fixture should suit the room: size to the table or room, and bulbs with the right color temperature. We help you pick, and warm white is usually more flattering at home.

Where wiring already exists or a qualified electrician has run it, we install and finish them.
It depends on room size. Larger rooms need larger blades or more airflow, and we help you choose.
