We pressure wash, scrape loose paint, sand edges, repair rot, caulk joints and prime bare wood before any color goes on. Then we apply two coats of quality exterior paint to siding, trim, doors, shutters and porches, cutting crisp lines on every edge.
Paint will not stick to dirt, chalk or loose paint. We wash and scrape the surface, fix rot and caulk gaps, so the new coat bonds and seals out water.
Soft trim, fascia and window sills are cut out and replaced before paint, otherwise they rot again under new color. We prime all cut ends.
Paint needs dry weather and moderate temperatures. We schedule around rain and heat, and we protect plants, walkways and cars while we work.
