Update a bathroom with new tile, vanity, fixtures, lighting and paint, planned and finished in an orderly way.
A bathroom remodel is a puzzle of trades in a very small room. Demolition, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, fixtures, paint and trim all have a correct order, and mistakes are expensive. The key is planning so the work flows and the room is not out of use any longer than needed.
We handle small and mid-size bathroom updates: new vanities, toilets and faucets, tile floors and tub surrounds, shower upgrades, lighting, mirrors, paint, accessories and ventilation. For major plumbing or electrical changes, we coordinate with qualified trades and keep the schedule on track.
Demo first, then rough plumbing and electrical, then waterproofing, then tile, then fixtures and paint. Doing the steps in order avoids damage and redo.
Moisture is the enemy of a bathroom. We waterproof wet areas properly and make sure the fan vents outside and is sized for the room.
Grout lines, caulk, mirrors, towel bars and trim make a remodel feel complete. We set accessories at comfortable heights and align everything.
We plan the work so you have a working toilet and sink as much as possible. If another bathroom is available, we can use that as your temporary space.
